The Vaxis Storm 3000 Dual V-mount Transmitter is here! It lets you directly connect your camera, wireless transmitter, and V-lock battery in a super compact setup. This isn't just for RED cameras. Its power pass-thru design works with any camera having a V-lock plate. You can also use it as a regular wireless transmitter by setting it up on the camera with a Noga arm or other quick release bracket. Key features include full HD 1080p with no compression and zero delay, a transmission range of 3000ft, 20 channels, a workable channel scanner, an LED screen, USB upgrade capability, dual V mounts on the TX, SDI In x1 & HDMI In x1 with SDI loop out, a built-in HDMI/SDI converter, support for metadata, timecode, and time trigger, zero delay for Arri Mini playback (on/off optional), and compatibility with ALL Vaxis Storm Wireless Receivers.
Using the Vaxis Storm 3000 DV V-Mount Wireless Transmitter is easy. First, connect your camera, the wireless transmitter, and the V-lock battery directly. If your camera has a V-lock plate, you're good to go. You can also use a Noga arm or other quick release bracket to set it up on the camera if you want to use it as a regular wireless transmitter. When using it, note that it offers full HD 1080p with no compression and zero delay, and has a transmission range of 3000ft. There are 20 channels for you to choose from, and you can use the channel scanner to find the best one. The LED screen shows useful information. You can upgrade it via USB. The TX has SDI In x1 & HDMI In x1 with SDI loop out, and there's a built-in HDMI/SDI converter. It supports metadata, timecode, and time trigger.
