With robust security features, it ensures your data is well - protected. Planning and rolling out this encoder is a breeze. In terms of technical specs, it has 1 HDMI and 1 USB - C input on female connectors, and 1 HDMI output on a female connector. There are also various ports like 2 Ethernet on R - J45 connectors, 1 Balanced Audio on a 5 - pin terminal block connector, etc. It supports high - quality video with a compression standard based on JPEG and a max resolution of 4K60 4:2:0 or 4K30 4:4:4. The user interface is intuitive with LEDs and a front - panel LCD display, and multiple control options. It can be powered via PoE on the LAN port and consumes 6W at 24V DC. It operates well in a wide range of environmental conditions, from 0 to + 45 Degrees C (32 to + 113 Degrees F).

Using the Kramer KDS - SW2 - EN7 is straightforward. First, connect your HDMI or USB - C device to the corresponding input on the encoder. Then, connect the HDMI output to your display. For network connectivity, use the Ethernet ports. If you want to control the encoder, you can use the front - panel navigation buttons, the embedded web pages, or send P3K API commands via Ethernet. When it comes to power, you can choose PoE on the LAN port. Just make sure your network supports it. As for maintenance, keep the encoder in a clean and dry environment. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures outside the operating range of 0 to + 45 Degrees C (32 to + 113 Degrees F). If you need to reset the encoder, you can use the restart or factory reset buttons on the rear panel. Also, be careful when handling the connectors to prevent damage.
