Product Description

The Nimbus WiMi5200A Wireless 3G - SDI H.264 Encoder/Decoder Set is an outstanding point - to - point Wi - Fi transmission system. It offers an impressive 4921 - foot range over 5 GHz Wi - Fi and an incredibly low 30ms latency. Both the transmitter and receiver have built - in 5 GHz Wi - Fi, so you don't need an extra network connection. The transmitter can encode and send an SDI signal up to 1080p60 as an H.264 encoded signal, and the receiver decodes it into video. The transmitter has a 3G/HD/SD - SDI input and a loop output, while the receiver has a single 3G/HD/SD - SDI output. The bundle comes with one L - series battery plate for the transmitter and one power adapter for the receiver. Both units support continuous power via 2 - pin LEMO inputs and have a 1/4' - 20 mounting thread on the bottom. Key features include a long range, low latency, high - resolution support, H.264 encoding/decoding, and more.

Using the Nimbus WiMi5200A Transmission System Bundle is quite straightforward. First, connect the SDI source to the transmitter's 3G/HD/SD - SDI input. You can use the loop output to connect to other devices if needed. Then, power up the transmitter, either with the included L - series battery plate or via the 2 - pin LEMO input. On the receiver side, connect it to your display device using the 3G/HD/SD - SDI output and power it up with the provided power adapter or the 2 - pin LEMO input. You can select the Wi - Fi frequency and encoding rate using the DIP switch. When using the system, keep it away from strong electromagnetic interference sources as it might affect the signal quality. For maintenance, keep the units clean and dry. Avoid dropping or hitting them. If you encounter any problems, check the connections and power supply first.
