Product Description

The Teradek 6G Flexible H Mushroom Antenna (Model 11 - 0902) is a must - have for your Bolt 4K or Bolt 6 setup and is designed to be used with V antennas. These horizontally polarized mushroom - style antennas are specially crafted for use with V antennas. By using a pair of H and a pair of V antennas at the TX, you can combine two perpendicular polarizations, enhancing the system's diversity characteristics. In the H + V antenna configuration, place two H antennas at the TX and two at the RX as shown. This setup offers better reception and video quality for medium - range scenarios and in environments with many wireless signal reflections. The combination of H and V antenna signals provides superior diversity, especially for outdoor shooting. The H antennas make the RF signal from the transmitter propagate perpendicularly compared to the V antenna's vertical signal. Key features include an output of 2dBi at 4.9 - 7.3Ghz with an RP - SMA connector and a mushroom - style horizontal polarization.

How to use: First, make sure your equipment is the Bolt 4K or Bolt 6. Connect the H antennas as part of the H + V antenna configuration. Place two H antennas at the TX (transmitter) and two at the RX (receiver) as shown in the picture. This setup will help you get better reception and video quality, especially in medium - range situations or areas with a lot of signal reflections. Note: Avoid using these antennas in extremely harsh weather conditions as it may affect their performance. Also, keep them away from strong magnetic fields. Maintenance: Regularly check the connections of the antennas to ensure they are secure. Wipe the antennas with a soft, dry cloth to keep them clean. If you notice any damage, stop using the antennas and contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
