Using the ATEN US3324 is a breeze. First, connect the two computers to the 2 x USB Type B Female (Blue) ports on the switch. Then, connect your four USB devices to the 4 x USB Type A Female (Blue) ports. You can use the included USB 3.1 Gen 1 B to A cables (1.2m x 2) and the USB 3.1 Gen 1 B to C cable (1.8m x 1) for the connections. Use the remote port selector (1.8 m) to easily switch between the two computers. The LEDs will show you which computer is currently active. When it comes to power, the device is bus-powered, so no external power supply is needed. But if you want, you can use the micro USB power jack for additional power. For normal use, make sure the operating temperature is between 0 - 40°C and the humidity is 0 - 80% RH, non-condensing. Store it in a place where the temperature is between -20 - 60°C.
