Product Description

The KanexPro 4K 4-Output Fiber Optic Card is a great choice for connecting four remote displays to HDMMX Modular matrix switchers. It supports a wide range of resolutions from 1920x1200, 1080p to 4Kx2K. This HDCP-compliant card is compatible with both single-mode and multi-mode fibers, allowing for long-distance transmission. Key features include a 4-output design with 4K support, a bandwidth of up to 10.2 Gbps, long transmission distances (up to 1.2 miles on single-mode and 1000 feet on multi-mode), support for various HD resolutions and 3D, DVI/HDMI signal support, HDCP compliance, and a thumbscrew design for easy integration with the HDMMX series. Technical specs show it has 4 fiber optic ports, multi-mode fiber type, a data rate of 10.2 Gbps, 8/10/12-bit data types, LC connectors, resolutions up to 4Kx2K, a 300m transmission distance on OM3 multi-mode fiber cable, an operating temperature of 0 - 55 C, and a reference humidity of 10% - 90%.

Using this KanexPro fiber optic card is easy. First, connect the card to your HDMMX Modular matrix switcher using the thumbscrew design. Then, connect your four remote displays to the 4 fiber optic ports with the appropriate cables. Make sure to use the right type of fiber (single-mode or multi - mode) depending on your distance requirements. When using it, keep the operating temperature between 0 and 55 C and the humidity between 10% and 90%. For maintenance, keep the card clean and free from dust. If you encounter any connection issues, check the cables and connectors to ensure they are properly seated. Also, make sure your displays support the resolutions this card can output.
