Product Description

The PureLink HTX - Rx HDBaseT Receiver is a fantastic addition to the HTX Series, designed as a simple yet effective extension solution for the HTX - 8800 - U/4400 - U matrix switchers. It offers an easy - to - install way to extend Ultra HD/4K HDMI video and embedded audio over long distances using just one CATx cable. This receiver supports full 3D content and can transmit uncompressed HDMI video and lossless audio formats with bi - directional control signals (IR) up to 330 ft. at Ultra HD/4K resolutions. With POE technology, it can draw power from the HTX matrix chassis, getting rid of the need for extra power supplies. Key features include support for distances up to 330 ft., HDMI v1.4b uncompressed video/audio up to 10.2 Gbps, PoE reception from HTX - 8800/4400 matrix switchers, bi - directional IR and RS232, LED indicators for signal status, support for HD multichannel audio, a compact enclosure for discreet installation, and an Ethernet port for easy third - party device networking. Technical specs show it can reach up to 330 ft., has RS - 232 and LAN support, power injection for CATx extenders, a standard 19 - inch rack - mountable design, product dimensions of 4” x 4” x 0.9” in. (with another set of dimensions 12.21 x 7.09 x 2.76 in. or 310 x 180 x 70 mm), and a weight of 0.5 lbs (or 7.7 lbs/3.5 kg).

Using the PureLink HTX - Rx HDBaseT Receiver is a breeze. First, connect it to your HTX - 8800 - U/4400 - U matrix switcher using a single CATx cable. Then, hook up your display to the receiver. It will automatically start receiving the Ultra HD/4K HDMI video and embedded audio. Thanks to the POE technology, you don't need to worry about an extra power supply as it can get power from the matrix chassis. When installing, you can place it behind your display because of its compact size. Just make sure the CATx cable is within the 330 - ft limit for the best performance. For maintenance, keep it in a dry and clean place. If you notice any issues with the LED indicators, check the cable connections and the signal from the matrix switcher. Also, don't overload the Ethernet port when connecting third - party devices.
