Product Description

The Thor Fiber CWDM 6-Channel L-Band Tx & Rx kit is an excellent alternative to standard single and four LNB Satellite Dish feeds. Brands like DirecTV and Dish Network usually generate RF feeds on four polarities, and now satellite providers are adding a fifth polarity on specific dishes. The F-LB61 responds to the trend of stowing dishes remotely and expanding the RF frequency range. It can transmit 6 independent LNB signals from 50 - 2400MHz, suitable for analog, digital, and satellite feeds. With an internal optical multiplexer, it delivers each polarity of the dish feed to different colors of light in the fiber spectrum, offering high reliability and flexibility. Key features include up to 6 RF feeds over a single - mode fiber, wide frequency response, compatibility with multiple providers, and plug - and - play functionality. It also has an LCD display for easy management, and the transmitter can power the LNB. Technical specs cover a wide range of parameters like frequency, power, and dimensions.

Using the Thor Fiber CWDM 6 - Channel L - Band Optical Transmitter and Receiver Kit is easy. First, connect your satellite dish's RF inputs to the transmitter's 6 Type - F 75 Ohm ports. Then, use a single - mode fiber to link the transmitter's SC/APC optical output port to the receiver. The kit is plug - and - play, so it should start working right away. Make sure the power supply is set to the appropriate voltage (110 - 220VAC). When using it, keep the operating temperature between 0 - 65°C. Avoid exposing it to extreme conditions. For maintenance, check the LCD displays on both the transmitter and receiver regularly to monitor power levels. If you need to connect to a network, use the optional RS - 232 or SNMP interfaces. And remember, the transmitter can power the LNB, so set the correct voltage (13V or 18V) according to your LNB's requirements.
