When using it, make sure the operating temperature is between 0°C and +70°C, and the operating humidity is 10% to 85% RH without condensation. For storage, keep it in a place where the temperature is between - 10°C and +80°C and the humidity is 5% to 90% RH without condensation. To maintain the converter, keep it clean and free from dust. If you have any issues, refer to the operation manual that comes with the package. And remember, this converter only works for SDI to HDMI conversion and doesn't support 4K at the moment.
