The Kondor Blue Directors Monitor Pro Kit is an upgraded camera monitor cage setup based on the Kondor Blue Director’s Monitor Indie kit. The 3.5” Monitor Cage Rail can be easily mounted on the top or bottom of your monitor. Attach the Core Bracket via the nato clamp. From the Core Bracket, an 8” PPSH 15mm rod extends, capped with a pair of Kondor Blue QR Rosette Hand Grips for quick grip angle adjustment. The 15mm rod mount on the Core Bracket has a unique dual - clamping mechanism to stop the monitor from slipping under its own weight. The Kondor Blue D - Tap Hub mounts on the retractable Arri pins and is the power distribution center of the kit. The 2” Monitor Cage Rail can be mounted on the Arri mount near the cold shoe on the Core Bracket or the bottom of the monitor, and it can be quickly attached or detached from the Nato to Spigot Clamp designed for lights or C - stands. There are additional mounting points throughout the rig. The cold shoe on the Core Bracket is perfect for a wireless receiver, and the ¼ 20 threads on the bottom of the hand grips are great for ¼” Loop Screws for Straps. Cable management is also easy with the mounting points for Mondo Ties. The V - Mount Battery Plate components are precisely machined for durability and accuracy, so you can place the Pro Kit down without worrying about the V - Mount popping off. Using the Kondor Blue Directors Monitor Pro Kit is a breeze. First, decide where you want to mount the 3.5” Monitor Cage Rail on your monitor - it can go on the top or bottom. Then, attach the Core Bracket using the nato clamp. Connect the 8” PPSH 15mm rod to the Core Bracket and put on the QR Rosette Hand Grips for easy handling. The D - Tap Hub should be mounted on the retractable Arri pins for power distribution. You can use the 2” Monitor Cage Rail to quickly connect to the Nato to Spigot Clamp. When using the cold shoe on the Core Bracket, make sure your wireless receiver fits properly. And for the ¼ 20 threads on the hand grips, just screw in the ¼” Loop Screws for Straps. As for maintenance, keep the kit clean and dry. Avoid dropping it or subjecting it to heavy impacts. Check the connections regularly to ensure they are tight. If you notice any loose parts, use the built - in 3mm and 4mm hex tools to tighten them up. Also, store the kit in a safe place when not in use to prevent damage.
