Product Description

The MuxLab 500765 Professional Dante/Quad Channel Audio PoE Gateway is a game - changer. It enables non - Dante compatible analog audio gear to connect seamlessly with Dante compatible professional audio equipment. This unit supports dual two - channel or quad single - channel full - range (20Hz to 20KHz) balanced analog audio signals. These signals can be sent over the network to Dante - compatible devices and received in the same way. You can connect it up to 330ft (100m) via Cat5e/6 cable from an Ethernet Switch. Key features include: interfacing analog to Dante audio equipment, supporting a wide - range of balanced analog audio, long - distance transmission, handling both audio - in and audio - out, allowing connection between balanced and unbalanced audio ports, IP management for remote control, controllability via Audinate Dante Controller software, and PoE powering.

Using the MuxLab 500765 Dante/Quad Channel Audio PoE Gateway is quite simple. First, connect it to an Ethernet Switch using a Cat5e/6 cable. Make sure the cable length doesn't exceed 330ft (100m). Then, connect your non - Dante compatible analog audio equipment to the gateway. If you want to connect to unbalanced audio ports, just use 2 out of 3 pins per channel. You can control the gateway remotely through IP management or use the Audinate Dante Controller software. When it comes to maintenance, keep the device in a clean and dry environment. Check the cables regularly for any signs of damage. Also, make sure the power supply is stable as it's PoE powered. If you encounter any issues, refer to the Audinate Dante Controller software for troubleshooting.
