The Vaxis Storm 1000s Gold Mount wireless transmission system features a brand - new antenna - free design. The transmitter (TX) comes with a built - in mounting bracket using a 3/8” thread. Without external antennas, there's a lower risk of damage and less interference. The TX offers both SDI in/out and a HDMI input. The receiver (RX) provides two SDI outputs and one HDMI output. It can reach a maximum range of 350m, making it great for various applications.
Using the Vaxis Storm 1000s is easy. First, connect your device to the TX using either the SDI or HDMI input, depending on your device's output. Then, connect your display or recording device to the RX using the available SDI or HDMI outputs. Power on both the TX and RX and they should pair automatically. Make sure the devices are within the 350m range for a stable connection. When it comes to maintenance, keep the devices clean and dry. Avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures or humidity. If you need to move the equipment, handle it gently to prevent any internal damage. And remember, since there are no external antennas, you don't have to worry about them breaking during normal use.
