Product Description

Primacoustic ThunderTile Reveal Edge Composite Ceiling Tiles come in an 8-pack, each tile measuring 24 x 24 inches. In many scenarios, it's not just about controlling resonance and reverberations in a room. It's also crucial to prevent sound reflections from leaking into adjacent rooms through the ceiling. That's where Primacoustic's ThunderTile T-Bar Acoustic Panels shine as the ideal solution for ceiling sound absorption. These ThunderTiles blend a highly absorbent acoustic panel with the sound-blocking power of gypsum, making them a great choice for spaces where sound bleed is a concern. Key features include a reveal design, a thickness of 1” (25mm), a paintable finish, a fiberglass core panel material, a glass wool tissue micromesh sealed with a paintable latex coating, and a grid spacing of 15/16” with a T24 (24mm grid). Technical specifications show the tiles are 24 x 24 inches in size.

Using these Primacoustic ThunderTile ceiling tiles is easy. First, measure your ceiling area to ensure you have enough tiles. They are designed to fit a grid spacing of 15/16” with a T24 (24mm grid), so make sure your grid matches. Simply place the tiles into the grid on your ceiling. You can paint them to match your room's decor, thanks to the paintable finish. When it comes to maintenance, a gentle dusting with a soft cloth is usually enough to keep them clean. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners as they could damage the glass wool tissue micromesh or the latex coating. If you need to replace a tile, just lift it out of the grid and insert a new one. That's all there is to it, and you'll enjoy a quieter room with reduced sound bleed.
