The Rolls MB15b ProMatch is an outstanding 2 - way stereo converter. It can effortlessly transform consumer - level stereo RCA signals into balanced XLR professional line - level signals and vice versa. Side 1 of the unit features two XLR inputs and stereo RCA outputs, while side 2 has stereo RCA inputs and two XLR outputs. Each side comes with stereo level controls, and an LED shows that the unit is powered. One great advantage of the MB15 is its ability to function as a balanced XLR line - level control. By adding a stereo pair jumper between the four RCA jacks, you can insert the two level controls into any balanced XLR line. Key features include being a stereo direct box, converting stereo RCA to stereo XLR, having stereo level control for each channel, working as a stereo balanced line - level control, and serving as a 1/8' headphone level to line - level adaptor. Using the Rolls MB15b ProMatch is easy. First, decide which side to use based on your input and output needs. If you have consumer - level stereo RCA signals, connect them to side 2's RCA inputs. If you want to get consumer - level output, use side 1's RCA outputs. Adjust the stereo level controls on each side according to your audio requirements. You can tell if the unit is powered by checking the LED. To use it as a balanced XLR line - level control, just add a stereo pair jumper between the four RCA jacks.
