Product Description

The MuxLab Pro Digital Network Controller is a Linux-based PC. It enables users to control MuxLab products installed in hubs through an Ethernet Web interface. When placed on a local area network (LAN), it scans the LAN for connected MuxLab AV over IP products. This allows users to automatically discover, configure, and control the connectivity of these products via the Ethernet Web interface. The controller can also be managed by MuxLab’s MuxControl App and the 500816 - IP 8 Button IP PoE Control Panel. Additionally, it's used for managing firmware upgrades of connected MuxLab devices. Key features include centralized control of MuxLab AV over IP devices, web - interface management, handling of AV over IP device configuration and connectivity, support for connectivity presets, management by MuxControl App and 500816 - IP 8 Button IP PoE Control Panel, centralized management of AV over IP device firmware updates, and support for an API for third - party app integration (*).

Using the MuxLab Pro Digital Network Controller is easy. First, connect it to your local area network (LAN). Once it's on the network, it will automatically scan for connected MuxLab AV over IP products. You can then use the Ethernet Web interface to auto - discover these products, configure them, and control their connectivity. If you prefer, you can also use the MuxControl App or the 500816 - IP 8 Button IP PoE Control Panel to manage the controller. When it comes to firmware updates for your connected MuxLab devices, the controller can handle that too. Just make sure to keep an eye on the process. As for maintenance, keep the controller in a clean and dry environment. Check the network connections regularly to ensure everything is working properly. Also, if you plan to use the API for third - party app integration, make sure the apps are compatible with the controller.
