Measuring 24” x 48” x 1.5” (610mm x 1219mm x 38mm), it's great for reducing ambient noise and controlling low, mid, and high - frequency reflections. Place it above areas like restaurant tables, library reading zones, or boardrooms to cut down on sound levels. Once installed, it makes any space more intimate and boosts speech clarity. Each kit comes with a fabric - covered Broadway panel, SlipNot, Helix, and all the ceiling - attaching hardware. You can choose from black, beige, or grey fabric, or an Absolute White paintable finish. Key features include a 1.5” (38mm) panel depth, a core of formed, semi - rigid inorganic glass fibers with a density of 6.0 lbs pcf (96 kg/m3), an acoustically transparent polyester or paintable glass wool tissue micromesh sealed with latex paint, an acoustically transparent micromesh backing, and resin - sealed and hardened edges. Using the Primacoustic Nimbus is easy. First, pick the spot where you want to reduce noise, like above a restaurant table or in a boardroom. Then, use the included hardware to attach it to the ceiling. Remember to handle it gently as it has glass fibers in the core. For maintenance, if it's the paintable finish, you can touch - up the paint if it gets scratched. Clean it with a soft, dry cloth. Keep it away from sharp objects to avoid damaging the fabric or the micromesh. If you notice any significant wear or tear, it might be time to replace it.
