Product Description

The KanexPro MOD-IN-HDTV-4K is an outstanding 4K-compliant, 4-Input HDMI card with an analog audio embedder. It's designed to work seamlessly with HDMMX Modular matrix switchers. The HDMI inputs offer UHD resolutions like 4K, 3D, and up to 48-bit Deep Color at 1080p/60. This input card can embed analog audio into HDMI. You can supply external audio through phoenix terminal blocks. It can handle audio from stereo to 7.1 audio streams, supporting outputs. You can switch the input audio between analog and digital using RS-232 or IP commands, and configure it individually. It also has an advanced HDCP handshake, which can be turned on and off for better interoperability with various sources. Key features include 4-Input HDMI, stereo analog audio embedding on each input, support for 4K UHD resolutions, high bandwidth up to 10.2 Gbps, built-in HDCP and EDID & DDC management, Lip-Sync pass-through, up to 48-bit Deep Color & x.v color support, support for 7.1 Dolby Digital, True HD, DTS-HD, and easy plug & play integration with the HDMMX series.

Using the KanexPro MOD-IN-HDTV-4K is a breeze. First, connect the HDMI inputs to your sources and the analog audio inputs if you want to embed analog audio. The card will automatically detect the connected devices. You can use RS - 232 or IP commands to switch between analog and digital audio and configure the settings as you like. When it comes to maintenance, keep the card in a clean and dry environment. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures. Make sure the operating temperature is between 0°C and 40°C and the humidity is between 20% and 90% without condensation. When storing, keep the temperature between -10°C and 60°C with the same humidity range. Also, handle the card gently as it's a delicate piece of equipment. If you have any issues, check the connections first to ensure everything is properly plugged in.
