The 30X optical zoom lets you capture great video from far away. It has a simple backend for simultaneous HDMI and NDI HX or HX 3 output while powering the camera. The standard 1/4” 20 mount in the center ensures equal weight distribution. Being PoE+ capable, using a PoE+ switch gives maximum cabling efficiency. Its hardened aluminum body protects against dings, scratches, and heat. Using the AIDA UHD - NDI3 - X30 is a breeze. First, if you have a PoE+ switch, connect the camera to it using a single cable. This cable will provide power, carry video, and allow for control. Once connected, turn on the camera, and it's ready to start capturing. You can use the 30X optical zoom to get closer to your subject from up to 150ft away. Just adjust the zoom as needed. For output, you can choose between HDMI and NDI HX or HX 3, depending on your setup. Make sure your recording or display device is set to the appropriate resolution, like 2160p, 1080p, 1080i, or 720p. When it comes to audio, the line - in audio is synced with NDI|HX and HDMI streaming, so you can connect your audio source easily. As for maintenance, keep the camera in a clean and dry place. Wipe the lens gently with a soft, clean cloth if it gets dirty. Avoid hitting or dropping the camera, as its hardened aluminum body can protect it to some extent, but it's still a delicate piece of equipment. Also, if you're not using it for a long time, disconnect it from the power source.
